Bolles Race Cars inc. History
Starting in 1976, the Bolles family has been involved in the automotive industry for almost 50 years now. It all started from behind their family home in Ellington, CT, in a small repair shop. Tom started working there at 14 years old, later on Tom's father bought a service station where Kloter Farms is located now, which was ran by his father and his older brother. At 16 years old Tom built his first race car from the ground up. From that point on, he has been very successful at building and racing. Racking up many impressive victories and finishes, ending in 2006 with a very accomplished career. In 1984 his father purchased Bolles Motors, Ellington, CT, many years later Bolles Motors in Stafford was also purchased. Tom was the general manager of this dealership but has now retired to build custom SK TA-1 race car parts and cars. He also, runs his own team under Bolles Race Cars, inc. and builds cars and parts you or your team can use to hit the track.
